    Thank you for your review Amy - I am delighted to hear you had a nice stay and please accept my sincerest apologies for the A/C malfunctioning (Dino informed me). Living in the middle of the Caribbean Sea with the beautiful breeze and all that sea salt in the air is amazing but it can wreak havoc on A/C compressors in the worst way. We have a total of 14 A/C's throughout the villa constantly running with weekly groups of 9 or more guests at a time and unfortunately that A/C decided to call it a day! Dino informed me he and the electrician did everything they could whilst waiting for the needed parts so thank you so much for your patience! Since your departure, and my arrival, we have installed 2 new A/C units along with new Stainless Steel Appliances and an Ice Maker. Currently we are accommodating a Bachelorette party and they are loving it! Once again, thank you for choosing our home for your vacation destination here in beautiful Ambergris Caye - I would love to have you stay again so you may enjoy our updated amenities. I will be in touch to discuss.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Corrina (the owner) a message.

    If Corrina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
