This third floor 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is in a 13 unit beachfront complex just south of San Pedro on Ambergris Caye and has an amazing view over the beach out to the sea from its large covered veranda/balcony.

Let’s start on that large veranda — what a place to sit with your morning coffee or evening cocktail admiring the view of the waves crashing over the Belize Barrier Reef! The veranda is right off of the large living/dining area, which also has a queen sofabed plus futon and lots of comfy seating. Adjacent to that is your fully equipped kitchen with counter seating.

Head down the hall and on your right is a bedroom with a queen bed followed by the master bedroom, with king sized bed and en suite bath. On the left is a full bath followed by a bedroom with king bed. You can enter this top floor condo either via a door off this hallway or via a door off the dining room.

The 1800 square foot condo has gabled ceilings which makes it very airy and spacious. The owners are very supportive of the San Pedro community and have decorated the condo with works of local artists–we’re sure you’ll love it!

Thank you for staying with us. I'm glad you liked the condo overall & the service/ information provided. I'm sorry that Ambergris Caye was perhaps not a good fit, however. Although the island beaches are beautiful, in general those on the Caribbean side are not known for swimming; as we are so close to the Barrier Reef, there is sea grass in the water which feeds the amazing sea life people snorkel & dive to see--some right under our dock! Most prefer swimming off the end of the pier. As a developing country, the infrastructure in Belize is not what many are used to, but that is also part of what makes a visit a fun adventure! We have a 'box' for issues with barking dogs (in a sense part of the local culture) & the batteries have now been changed; thank you for bringing that to our attention. (For any future guests, please let your rental staff know of any issues during your stay so they can be addressed immediately if possible.) Thank you for your comments & taking the time to write a review!

Why can't I call Barbara (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Barbara (the owner) a message.

If Barbara (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
