A one bedroom casita within a secluded beach resort. 9 miles north of the town of San Pedro on the island of Ambergris Caye in Belize.

A self contained unit on the second floor with a view of three pools and garden view steps from the Caribbean Sea. Large front balcony with ceiling fan, table and chairs, lounge chairs, over looking the pools and smaller balcony on the back looking over the Belize nature.

Relax by one of the three pools or swim in the sea. Fish or snorkel off shore. The world's second longest reef is offshore from our location.

Take a tour, dive or snorkel with our onsite tour company. Or just relax read on the beach and sip a cocktail.

It has a self contained kitchen with oven, stove top, microwave, fridge and freezer. Fully equipped with cooking and eating utensils , has a large shower, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Fully Furnished. T.V (not satellite or cable at the moment), DVD player, iPod dock. WiFi internet access. Roku for streaming. Bluetooth speakers. Wii with games. Books and games. Localized alarm system, espresso machine. Water cooler.

Free use of resort kayaks, paddle boards, bicycles and snorkle gears when available. First come first serve.

One queen bed in the bedroom as well as a queen fold out sofa. Housekeeping is provided by the resort for a fee. (Arrival and departure cleaning included in cost). Towels and linens provided. Use of the resort's three pools, restaurant and pool bar.

The resort has a onsite scuba shop. They can book any tours or excursions you wish onsite that will pick you up and drop you off. SSI and PADI certified.

Resort can provide transfers for a fee.

Also you can rent a golf cart and take the road. Golf cart can be rented hourly, daily or weekly. Roads can be bumpy and flooded in rainy season.

There is a small restaurant at the resort, you can order food to your unit, eat in the restaurant, even have a romantic beach dinner, or get food from San Pedro and cook yourself. Grocery delivery is also available.

Discounted weekly and monthly rates are calculated. Ask about additional discount for stays from 15 to 29 days.

15% local Government taxes and fees are collected directly by the resort. Unit sleeps two Adults and two Children under 16 stay free. Extra Adults an additional charge. Additional charge for transfers if more than 2 adults on the booking.

Unit sleeps a maximum of four people. The resort will take over bookings once you are confirmed. Two adults allowed in the unit with rate. Children under 16 are allowed to stay free in the unit. Extra person $25 per night. maximum person allowed four. Additional rates for transfers if more than two adults.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jason (the owner) a message.

If Jason (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
