The place

A very private and tastefully decorated Ibizan house set in a gated horticultural oasis of 15,000 m2.

The main house has 250 m2 with 3 double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms en suite.

The 80 m2 annex is some 20 meters from the main house and has a double bedroom,living room, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace.

There is a large and ample living room with a TV with a 2.5 m projector and a modern fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining room and a library.

The house is styled with designer furniture and contemporary art.

The layout was designed by a leading architect and has created a very special atmosphere which captures the magic of the rural countryside and the special light of the the island.

All the house has A/C and Wi-Fi

There is an outdoor kitchen BBQ and dining area as well as porches and a sun deck/terrace with a relaxing chill out and great views.

The 12m x 3m pool is set in a ample garden with flowers, cactii and an orchard with fruit trees of over 20 varieties.

There is also as a vegetable garden where daily fresh fruit and vegetables are bought to your table which give a very special feeling to the property.

Cleaning is included 6 days a week.

The house is in the counrtyside yet very accessible and just 5 minutes from Ibiza town and 10 minutes from the beaches and the Airport.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
