Comfortable apartment, located in the mountains of San Antonio de Escazu, near the Centre of town, less than 10' minutes with spectacular views of the Central Valley. The apartment consists of living room, kitchen, large bedroom, keep clothes, bathroom with shower, Jacuzzi, two labatorios tub, hot water. This fully furnished and equipped, for two people, has TV with cable, internet wi fi. Laundry and cleaning services are offered. Surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has a roofed terrace with panoramic view. It has parking for one car. Gate electrical, 24 hour security. (Taxi service), mirador restaurant. Service bilingual, tours, and travel, as we pick up from the airport. Enjoy a quiet season, our beautiful Costa Rica, hopefully in the CASA BELLAVISTA. PURA VIDAThis lovely apartment is located in the mountains of San Antonio de Ezcazu (Orange Street). It has a spectacular view of the whole Central Valley.The front of the apartment consists of a sitting room, dining room, spacious kitchen (equipped with full size refrigerator, 2-burner cook-top, large sink and ample counter space). The rear section of the apartment is the master suite - large master bedroom with desk, as well as to generously sized bathroom with not only to shower, but also a bathtub with jets. Double vanity. The apartment has cable TV and internet service. Outside there is a beautiful covered terrace with plenty of patio furniture to enjoy the fresh air and views. Also on the back patio is a covered laundry area. There is parking for one vehicle, electric gate and 24 hours security.

Xinia and Alejandro were very welcoming and helpful. The view is wonderful. The apartment is roomy and comfortable and the excellent mattress was a bonus.

How do damage deposits work?
