Appartamento di 65mq comodo alle spiagge, recentemente ristrutturato, arredato con cura. Ambiente spazioso, luminoso ed arieggiato. Composto da: cucina abitabile, salotto con divano letto per due, bagno con vasca idromassaggio, camera matrimoniale dalla quale si accede al secondo bagno con ampia doccia.L'appartamento è attrezzato con: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno, piano cottura a gas, forno a microonde, frigorifero, freezer, piatti, posate e bicchieri, pentole e padelle, caffettiera, ferro e asse da stiro, aspirapolvere, phon, televisione, internet wifi, riscaldamento, aria condizionata, biancheria da letto e da bagno (lenzuola e asciugamani). E' localizzato nell'animato quartiere della Marina noto per piazza Bresca con i suoi locali, rinomata meta dei vips soprattutto durante il periodo festivaliero. E' un palazzo storico, in passato sede del Municipio che ospitò Giuseppe Garibaldi in visita, come testimonia la targa posta sulla facciata. L'accesso è all'inizio dell'area pedonale, al terzo piano senza ascensore con scale tipiche dei centri storici liguri. Posizionato nel pieno centro della città di Sanremo consente di raggiungere comodamente a piedi zone di interesse: spiaggia 200m, pista ciclabile 15m, Teatro Ariston e via dello shopping 200m, Casinò 600m, Mercato 400m (martedì e sabato mattina), porto vecchio 20m, porto Sole 700m, Chiesa Russa Ortodossa 800m, fermate bus 150m, stazione treni 900m, banche e poste 150m, ufficio del turismo 800m. Alimentari, ristoranti, bar, pub, pizzerie, tabacchi e negozi direttamente sotto casa. Parcheggio sotto casa con tariffe giornaliere (8,00-20,00) la domenica gratuito. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Simona (the owner) a message.

If Simona (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
