FLAT WITH PRIVATE PARKING. - The apartment is bright and quiet, and is located on the first floor of the building (with elevator). E 'consists of an entrance overlooking the living room, a living room with separate kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. - The apartment is located in a strategic position: about 5 minutes walk to the center of Sanremo, in particular the famous Via Matteotti with renowned boutiques, the Ariston Theater (home of the Italian Song Festival), the Casino. In 5 minutes walk from the apartment you can also reach Sanremesi Heroes Square, seat of the city fish market, fruit and vegetables on Tuesdays and Saturdays hosts outdoor stalls. The train station is 5 minutes by car (1.5 km) - The house is equipped with every comfort! The living room has a sofa bed (single bed) and a TV LG 32 "(with DVD player). The kitchen, separated from the living room with an open archway to the living room, is equipped with microwave, coffee Nescafe Dolce Gusto , refrigerator, freezer, and oven. The bathroom has a bath with shower. The room is equipped with a double bed and a foldaway bed suitable for a child. The apartment is equipped with crockery and kitchen utensils , washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, Wifi modem fiber optics access and a modern and functional air conditioner-portable humidifier. All windows are pVC, the front door is armored. the floor is tiles and the room is equipped parquet. -The linen is provided. - Available on request 120x80 camping cot, bed baby, stroller from 0 to 36 months and booster seat for eating. - Convenient! the area is equipped with all the main services such as b ar, tobacco, stop public transport in the house, supermarkets, takeaway pizza, gas station, mechanic, post office, pharmacy and shops of all kinds. The large city market of Sanremo is about 400 meters from the apartment. At about 500 meters from the apartment there is the junction of the Aurelia Bis (exit town center), which in a few minutes leads to the exit of the (Arma di Taggia). Handy to those who arrive or depart. At the entrance of a private building access is available for loading and unloading, accessible by car.

"THE STAY TAX" will come into effect from June 1st. Will be paid by non-residents for each overnight stay in accommodation facilities located in the territory of the Municipality of Sanremo. It is collected directly by the manager of the structure upon your arrival at the check-in, which will issue a payment receipt. The tax is calculated per person and for a maximum of five days of overnight stay. FURNISHED APARTMENTS FOR TOURIST USE: EURO 1.50 per person. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Patrizia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
