Recently renewed, Casa Magnolie is located in the heart of the city centre, Corso Garibaldi, near the railway station, the cycle lane, the beaches and the two harbors.

It consists of a large and spacious room newly refurbished with kitchen and a large windowed bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Heating, air conditioning and wi-fi included.

The studio is an outbuilding of a villa and overlooks a private garden.

It offers a comfortable king-size bed.

Private parking available inside the garden in front of the apartment available on request for a fee.

The entrance is from a main gate on Corso Garibaldi, through a wonderful and lush private garden.

Casa Magnolie is located at the end of the garden.

If you need the parking place, I just kindly ask you to park your car so that another car could be parked near yours.

Above the apartment there is a terrace perfect for bronze or read a book.

It is also very useful because you can hang out the laudry there.

From Nice airport to Sanremo approximately 1 hour by car or by train.

From Genoa airport 2 hours, from Milan 3 hours and a half approximately.

Check-in from 12.00 am, check-out from 10.00 am.

Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited.

Casa Magnolie is situated in a perfect location, 2 minutes walking from the beaches and the cycle lane.

Corso Garibaldi is a tree-lined Avenue in the heart of the city centre of Sanremo. Just near the apartment you will find a supermarket Carrefour open 7/7, 24/24, groceries, bakerys, snack bar where you could taste typical ligurian specialties like "Sardenara", "Focaccia", "Torta Verde", "Farinata". Few steps will bring you the the longest cycle line in Europe, "Parco Costiero Riviera dei Fiori". where you could rent bikes, pedicabs and have a break in one of the cafés along the Cygling Riviera.

You'll enjoy a pleasant evening in of the most fashion restaurant and night-club in Sanremo, Victory Morgana Bay .

Restaurants are behind the corner as well as the main square, Piazza Colombo.

Corso Matteotti is the fashion street full of stores, boutiques, the famous "Ariston Theatre" , location of "Festival della Canzone Italiana" and at the end there is the Casino' of Sanremo.

The old town, "Pigna" is also very interesting and evocative with its narrow alleys and its medieval churches.

In front of the apartment there is a bus stop.

Railway station is about 200 metres.

Harbor is about 100 metres.

Many parkings available all around.

In the cycle lane there are many bike rentals.
