The property lies just outside the small village of Sillicano located 8 km from the town of Castelnuovo di Garfagnana. On the 1st floor there is a 2nd living area with seating for five, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the two bedrooms has a passageway area with a child bed (max 180 cm). On the 2nd floor there is a bedroom with two single beds (it is possible here to add an extra bed) with en-suite bathroom, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, bedroom with two single beds, one double bedroom. The latter two share the 3rd bathroom on this floor. A wooden staircase leads to the wonderful roof terrace with panoramic views. In the village of Sillicano (at 500 meters distance) there is a food shop, you can also purchase here bread and vegetables / fruit. In Castelnuovo di Garfagnana there are supermarket, bars, restaurants and other shops. There is public parking at 200 meters from the property, you can drive to the house to load/unload the luggage. The property is an excellent destination for a relaxing holiday and visit the Garfagnana area with it charming villages, great scenic drives, walking-hiking (we suggest in the Orecchiella Natural Park) and other outdoor activities. It’s at the same time a good starting point to visit Pisa, Lucca and for a day at sea (the Versilia Riviera is 60 kms away). The main nearby town is Castelnuovo di Garfagnana (at 9 kms) and has many restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, supermarkets and weekly open market on Thursday.
