From the owner

Independent apartment in a stone house of the early twentieth century (completely renovated in 2011) in a valley surrounded by forests but very close to the stunning beaches of the north coast of the province of La Coruña. It consists of three bedrooms (two double and one single plus extra bed for children in the master bedroom), two bathrooms, living room with fireplace and small equipped kitchenette. Terrace and garden for private use. Parking at the entrance for 2 cars. We accept certain pets (to consult with the property). Discount in case of occupancy of a single room (a couple with the possibility of an extra bed for children) with the exception of the month of August ..     How do damage deposits work?
