This beautiful newly built apartment is located in the busiest commercial area of San Salvador, where is all that San Salvador has to offer just steps away from malls, pharmacies, gas stations, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and restaurants.

The master bedroom has a queen bed that comfortably sets a couple, and a 32 inch tv.

The second bedroom has a trundle bed and a sofa bed that could comfortably accommodate 1-3 people.

The third bedroom also has a trundle bed and can accommodate 2 people, plus a large desk how much it would be useful if your business trip. All rooms are air conditioned for your comfort in the warm climate of the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped to offering our guests the opportunity to feel at home

The property has a nice comfortable terrace with a small bar cabinet and a 32 inch tv where you can enjoy a beautiful evening outside.

The laundry area is washer and dryer and all cleaning utensils for home cleaning.

Besides the apartment complex has social meeting area on the roof of the building, which has a espectacular view on the 8th floor of the building.

This common area has a barbecue, kitchenette, chairs and tables for the use of residents. Another of the common areas of the complex are the games that children can enjoy for your family trip with children

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Vilma (the owner) a message.

If Vilma (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
