RESIDENCE LE TORRI-C3 40° 46 ' 06 "N 9° 39 ' 51" and to San Teodoro, near Centre but in quiet place, not far from the beautiful La Cinta Beach, opposite to the mountains in the background to the Raptors that flutter in the sky ... There is our home.

Consists of a large living room with kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a beautiful garden of 25 meters in length.

The room opens on the verandah in front of the garden with a large door window.

From the bedroom leads to a internal porch.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (non-smoking).

Inside there are:-a large living room with kitchenette, couch (sleeps two), table and chairs, TV, fireplace.

-one bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, small TV;

-a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Outside, in the garden, there is a shower, a barbecue, water reserve.

We offer to rent our House for those who want to spend a lovely holiday in the North East of Sardinia.

Our house is located in San Teodoro (Province of Olbia-Tempio, Sardinia), quite close to the town centre, yet in a very quiet area facing the mounts. In fact, in the evenings you can sometimes spot birds of prey gliding in the sky. The beautiful La Cinta beach is only about 1.5 miles away.

The house consists of a living room with open kitchen, one double bedroom, one bathroom and a cute-82 feet (25-metre) long garden. The living room has a large glass sliding door from which there is access to the front terrace. The bedroom has access to an internal terrace.

The house can accommodate a maximum of 4 non-smoking people (2 in a double bedroom, 2 on the double sofa-bed in the living room).

    È molto bello sapere che vi siete trovati bene nella nostra casa, perché mettiamo molto impegno per renderla accogliente. Appena risolti alcuni problemi familiari, ci prenderemo anche noi un periodo di vacanza a San Teodoro, e allora vi daremo notizie dei vostri “piccoli amici”. A noi piace molto girare la Sardegna e di solito usiamo come base la nostra casa, anche perché, come avrete visto, a qualche centinaio di metri c’è lo svincolo di accesso alla superstrada con la quale si può andare nelle principali città. Comunque, qualunque sia la vostra decisione, sarete sempre i benvenuti.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Guido (the owner) a message.

    If Guido (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
