Monella House is a charming tower house with stunning sea views from all finestre.La property is located in a Ligurian village, quaint, in soli2 km from San Terenzo, with a beautiful sandy beach, so the location, the Venere Azzurra, other adjoining beautiful sandy cove, also brat house is only 5 km from the seaside town of Lerici, which is known for its promenade and pastel houses clinging to the hill looking over the Gulf of Poets. With wonderful restaurants, specialty shops, tennis courts, swimming pools, a golf course to 9 holes and perfectly manicured beaches, in addition to multiple paths through olive groves to reach places such as Tellaro, Montemarcello, Fiascherino.A Following an extensive process renovation completed in autumn 2014, the owner decided in 2017 to share their lovely home with guests who wish to explore this area of ​​Liguria. Throughout the house the owner has used light soft colors that give the structure a particularly charming atmosphere, so sought after and unique décor, combining with taste, antique furniture with modern touches: he really did a great job of making guests feel at home albeit away !! The structure develops on three levels; entering there is a small room leading to the stairwell to the second and main floor of the house. By entering this floor there is a living area with kitchenette and large windows overlooking the sea. Just off the lounge there are 3 double bedrooms. Two of the three bedrooms have private bathrooms, the third bathroom is located just outside the door of the bedroom. The staircase leads guests to the top floor where the main kitchen and dining area. The kitchen / dining room leads to the rooftop terrace overlooking the sea, where guests can dine by candlelight while enjoying beautiful sunsets for an unforgettable holiday.
