The Villa is in fact an ancient watermill (dating probably 1674) which has been sympathetically restored and transformed into a deluxe yet cosy spa and country house. The author of the project is architect Stefano Zaghini.

On the first floor, after an impressive entrance landing with glass ceiling, there is the living room with flat screen TV and satellite reciver (Sky Sport, Sky Cinema are available for free) and fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area still features on the wall the pivot of the watermill.

There are two bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and a king bed, the other with a king bed and a double sofa bed. An additional toilet-shower room is available on this floor.

On the ground floor there is the spa area, with jacuzzi, sauna, hammam and chromotherapy, plus a shower and a toilet.

Outside, the impressively designed heated pool with foot massage lies within an ample garden with shrubs and an organic vegetable garden (guests will be free to pick their own vegetables during their stay).

A fenced ground of approximately 2 hectares, bordering river Faena, featuring mature cherry trees (hence the name of the villa, literally “Cherries Mill”) completes the property, which benefits from home automation.

Due stanze da letto, una con bagno en suite e letto doppio, l'altra con letto doppio e divano letto. Ulteriore bagno ospiti al piano. Al piano terra: sala benessere con jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, cromoterapia, bagno. Wi-fi e domotica in tutta la struttura. Disponibili lavatrice e ferro da stiro. All'esterno: ampio giardino con piscina riscaldata e percorso terapeutico, terreno privato e recintato di circa 2 ettari, rimessa con due posti auto coperti, mobili da giardino. Il terreno confina con il fiume Faena. Possibilità su richiesta di degustazioni organizzate di vino ed olio. A disposizione degli ospiti: orto biologico da cui potranno direttamente cogliersi le verdure.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Giuliano (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Giuliano (the owner) a message.

If Giuliano (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
