En las PLAYAS de San Vicente de la Barquera (El Rosal y del Tostadero). Apartamento, con la distinción por segundo año consecutivo (2018 y 2019) del "CERTIFICADO DE EXCELENCIA" otorgado por Niumba y Tripadvisor, y la distinción "TRAVELLER REVIEW AWARDS 2021" otorgada por Booking. Totalmente equipado, ubicado en zona muy tranquila y residencial a unos 150 metros de la playa. Dispone de conexión a internet WIFI de alta velocidad, mediante fibra óptica. Consta de amplia habitación con cama de matrimonio1,50 m. Baño completo con secador de pelo y espejo-lupa. Cocina totalmente equipada con placa eléctrica vitrocerámica, microondas, lavadora, termo eléctrico, frigorífico con congelador, pequeños electrodomésticos como cafetera (2) italiana y de cápsulas, tostadora, batidora, olla exprés, etc. Vajilla, cubertería, y batería de cocina completa. Salón comedor con cómodo sofá convertible en cama de matrimonio de 1,4 metros de apertura tipo italiana comprado en 2018, TV led con Chromecast para transformarla en Smart tv y DVD. Balcón con mesita y 2 sillas. El apartamento cuenta con las medidas de seguridad: extintor antiincendios, sensor con alarma de humos y de monóxido de carbono, luz de seguridad en caso de caída de energía eléctrica y pequeño botiquín.

Junto a la urbanización se encuentran restaurantes, supermercado, bares, panadería, escuelas de surf, etc.. A 3 km tenemos 2 campos de golf. Excursiones cercanas: Santillana del Mar, cuevas de Altamira, cueva del Soplao, Comillas, parque de la naturaleza de Cabárceno, Picos de Europa, etc.

El apartamento posee una mesita con dos sillas en el balcón, lo que permite disfrutar de un café o copa por la noche con tranquilidad.

Tiene una superficie habitable de 55 metros cuadrados.

    Hemos estado 8 días y lo hemos pasado genial. El apartamento ideal, muy acogedor. El dueño un encanto con nosotros. Muchos sitios para visitar cerca y para ir con coche.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Iñaki (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
