From the owner

First floor with sea view of a two-family villa located in an exclusive area of villas and gardens only 50 meters from the beach and 150 meters from the town center, tastefully and functionally furnished with IKEA furniture. You will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. The beach is just 50 meters away and is accessed in 5 minutes by a private road. The tranquility of the area and the near park of the people and the pitches in front of the beach allow children to play or ride a bike in the areas that lead to the sea. The villa is surrounded by a garden with trees and flowering plants, of about 150 square meters, with the possibility of eating outdoors or on the terrace. The garden has ample parking for 2 cars, an outdoor shower, an area equipped with a sink, a washing machine, a barbeque and a wood-burning oven. The house, accessible from the external staircase, has an area of about 95 square meters and 20 square meters of veranda furnished with armchairs and with a wonderful view of the sea and mountains. The house consists of two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds, one of which is a chest of drawers, a large kitchen equipped with all comforts, a cozy living room with a sofa bed and a normal sofa, a bathroom with shower, a balcony overlooking the sea and a private garden overlooking the beach and the mountain.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    If Enrico (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
