In the heart of Salento, immersed in a centuries-old olive grove, the "Masseria Quadrelli" is located just 10 km from Otranto and a few km from Santa Cesarea Terme, known resort for its spa and beautiful sea. It is immersed in a centuries-old garden of typical Mediterranean trees and essences, such as olive trees, oleanders, strawberry trees, figs, bucanville, broom, which perfume the environment around the spectacular irregular shaped pool with built-in whirlpool. The Masseria Quadrelli is composed of the farm, the main building with 3 suites and 2 superior rooms and independent outbuildings, the 2 trulli and the 4 garden suites. The Masseria overlooks the swimming pool surrounded by palm trees and is spread over three floors. It has 3 large suites and 2 superior rooms, all with independent entrance from the outside. On the ground floor, the elegant entrance leads to a large and refined living area with a double-sided fireplace that ideally separates the TV area and reading or relaxation area, characterized by a large window overlooking the surrounding olive trees. Also on the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen. Also on the first floor there is the Quadrelli Suite, crowned with vaulted ceilings in Lecce stone and has a total surface of 260 square meters, can accommodate up to 4 people and includes an elegant double bedroom with fireplace and a second double bedroom with bathroom private. In the large bathroom, attached to the main bedroom, a sumptuous circular bathtub is beautifully displayed. Equipped with a large and exclusive terrace, overlooking the olive grove and the swimming pool, enriched by a colonnade, where you can leave to pleasant conversations and readings on comfortable sofas. The tones of the suite are warm red and gold in the main room and blue in the second bedroom, creating a warm and refined atmosphere. On the first floor we find the superior room in gold / blue colors, with a breathtaking view of the spectacular swimming pool. It has a total surface of 70 square meters, simple and elegant furnishings, equipped with a double bed, private bathroom with shower and a large private veranda, equipped with gazebo and sofas. The tones of the room are cobalt blue and gold, which create a refined and elegant atmosphere. On the marvelous swimming pool there are two poolside suites, both with huge windows that let in the wonderful light of the Salento sun, just a few steps to reach the pool's beach. The first Suite has an area of ​​about 80 square meters, it is a large loft with a large living area furnished with sitting areas, large sleeping area with king size bed and a very spacious bathroom, in shades of white and pearl gray, with shower and a tub for two people on the floor line. The tones of the suite are very natural: white, straw yellow, hazelnut, ivory of natural stone, typical colors of our land, creating an essential environment but at the same time refined and delicate. The second Suite has an area of ​​about 90 square meters, with 4 beds. This is a large loft with a large living area furnished with sitting areas, a large sleeping area with a king size bed, a large area with a double bed and a fireplace and a very spacious bathroom, in shades of white and pearl gray, with shower and large stone bathtub. The tones are very natural, colors typical of our land, white, straw yellow, hazel, the ivory of natural stone that create an essential environment but at the same time refined and delicate. Also inside the Masseria we find the second superior room, located at the pool level, overlooking the green of the garden. It has a total surface of 55 square meters, simple and elegant furnishings, with a king size bed, private bathroom with shower and a large private veranda, equipped with sofas. The tones of the room are fuchsia and cream, creating a refined and elegant atmosphere. The farm is equipped with every comfort, air conditioning in every room, mini bar and satellite TV. The independent outbuildings are the trulli and the garden suites. The 2 Trulli, immersed under the olive grove at a distance of about 50 square meters from the Masseria, are modeled on the ancient "pajare" of the Terra d'Otranto. These buildings, originally made with the dry stone technique, were used by the farmers of the Terra d'Otranto, today they become comfortable homes for stays in close contact with nature. They have an area of ​​about 70 square meters each and can accommodate up to 4 people. They are characterized by the presence of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 people, a large and bright double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and an exclusive and private patio, covered and equipped with barbecue. The sober décor recalls the simple but refined area of ​​the old farmhouses, where stone and wrought iron create an atmosphere of other times. The 4 Suites, romantic and spacious lofts of about 100 square meters each, are independent and located under the olive grove, at a distance of about 50 square meters from the farm. Guests can choose to pamper themselves with the shades of red, green, yellow or black / light blue, which envelop each of these suites, furnished with a combination of tastes ranging from modern design to traditional materials. Each has a large living area furnished with sitting areas and a minibar, a large sleeping area with a king size bed and a double bath at the foot of the bed, a private bathroom with shower and a central double-sided fireplace that ideally separates the two loft areas. Everything is illuminated by a bright window that opens onto the patio, reserved and equipped.
