Our family 1 bedroom condo is in Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. You'll love it because it is very well maintained, nicely furnished with spectacular views, new floors and appliances and it is right next to the world famous Sandestin Beach. We provide TRAM access ID so you can move around the Resort, reliable WIFI, Amazon Prime and Netflix, beach chairs & umbrella and a Cart. We have a King size bed in a private bedroom and a queen size cool gel memory foam sofa bed and ottoman twin bed, fully stacked kitchen and washer/dryer.

We do not offer any military or other discounts. Applicable last minute specials are already built-in to the daily rates. - Please check applicable cancellation policy.

We do a credit card authorization of $250 as a security deposit, one day before check-in, but never charge your credit card. We automatically release this authorization hold 1 day after check-out. -This item may be stated as "deposit paid at the property" in the quote-

PETS are not allowed per the HOA (no matter how small).

If you reached us through vrbo/homeaway/expedia you will have to book through that channel as we do not accept direct bookings when approached through those channels. For repeat guests we may provide our vacationsatdestin site.

We do not have snowbird monthly rates. We provide a 20% discount for stays longer than 28 days. This discount is already built into the rate you see when you go to "pay now".

We have a total of 4 units in Luau and total of 10 units in Sandestin Resort. Our similar other unit's VRBO listing numbers are given at the end of this description. You may check those if your dates do not show availability.

Cleaning and linen fees are included in our pricing either under "Resort Fee". The longer you stay, the less rent you pay per night since the Resort fee is averaged over your stay.

Our check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10 am. Since you directly go to the unit with your assigned door code, there is no deadline for checking in. You may check-in any time after 4 PM of the check-in day, just like you would at your own vacation home.

Luau is the newest building at the beachside of the Sandestin Resort. The Luau complex has one of the nicest saltwater pools on the resort, with waterfall, kid pool, hot tub and snack bar with tropical surroundings. There is a fitness center and a Meeting Room and plenty of jogging and biking trails to enjoy. Luau's 11th floor observation deck is great for beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The Luau buildings sit on top of a rise just 3-4 minutes walk from the beaches of Sandestin right next to Hilton.

The Sandestin Resort area is the best resort in the area and has so much to offer. This security gated community provides added safety for the family. With its championship golf courses, tennis centers, miles of bike/jogging trails, miles of beaches, restaurants, shops, Baytowne Wharf, and children's activities all just inside the resort. The Marina with jet ski and watercraft rentals, Jolee Island and the multiple tree houses and nature walks are just a part of what this top resort destination offers. You will have plenty to do!. Sandestin Kid's club is very highly rated.

You will find this 6th floor Luau II condo is a luxury place to relax and enjoy while visiting the Sandestin Resort area. Our condo is family owned and operated within the resort. We will provide you with personal service you will not find with a big management company. we own two condos only so you will get our full attention.

With the largest One bedroom floor plan (~800 sq feet) you will find that the balcony has spectacular west sunset views! This covered balcony will provide you a wonderful setting to enjoy that great meal with beautiful views of the Gulf and surrounding area. Whether you are in the kitchen or sitting in the living area or in the bedroom the views from inside the condo are spectacular as well, both day and night.

This is a luxury decorated 1 bedroom condo that sleeps up to five. We have one King Size bed in a separate bedroom. A sofa in the living room that converts to a Queen Size bed. A bathroom, full kitchen, breakfast area and living room is exactly as seen in the pictures. Free High Speed Wi-Fi is included. We have big Screen LCD TVs and DVDs in living room and bedroom. Amazon Prime and Netflix is provided as complimentary. Coffee Machine, toaster, Microwave, Stove, Oven, Dishwasher, Full-size Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer, Iron/Ironing board are all included. This is a non-smoking unit and guest pets are unfortunately not allowed in LUAU.

Our condo is equipped with a key-less lock system that makes check-in a breeze, no keys to get, just go directly to your room. Plus the key-less lock system provides added security for you and top that off with the fact that the Luau is in a gated area with controlled access you could not find a safer spot.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
