This thatched detached house is situated near the Devon village of Sandford and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.West Henstill House is a lovely thatched detached Grade II listed cottage near the Devon village of Sandford. The house sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, two double and two twin with an en suite shower room and family bathroom. On the ground floor is a kitchen with dining area and doors to the garden and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside is a barbecue area and steps up to an enclosed lawn, as well as a field at the front for games. Just over two miles from Sanford, West Henstill House is an excellent base for enjoying a relaxing holiday in Devon.

Amenities: Central heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Phone incoming calls only only, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for three cars. Enclosed garden with barbecue. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, Sorry no smoking. Note: Dogs are permitted in the kitchen only. Note: The gardener may attend during your stay to cut the grass and weed the flower beds. Note: This property will only sleep a maximum of 8 people including babies

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Town: A busy market town 8.5 miles north west of the cathedral city of Exeter, and situated in an area of Devon known as Red Devon so called because of the distinctive red soil. This is a rural area of Devon which is tranquil, unspoilt and where ruby cattle are seen grazing amongst the rolling green meadows.
