From the manager

Family friendly cape right across the street from Lawrence pond beach and tennis courts with an open floor plan that works well for larger groups. It offers comfortable living areas with room to spread out. This property is located on a private lot yet close to shopping, beaches and the highway.

The first floor has a living room, eat-in kitchen, a large family room, formal dining room, full bathroom and laundry. The lower level has one bedroom which is accessible from a staircase off the kitchen and a "Man Cave!" accessed from an outside door next to the garage door.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath. Please note that the large master bedroom is accessed through the common bathroom.

This house also has an enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower for rinsing off after a fun day at the beach.

Window a/c units in all three upstairs bedrooms and one in the living room.
