Located in the safe and private community of Sundancer, in Sandy Bay. 10 minutes to the Int. Airport and the groceries stores in Coxen Hole. 15 minutes to West End with its unique Happy Hour evenings, fun nights and restaurants with local as well as worldwide menus. 100 yards from the beach ,only steps to the pool.

2 bedrooms both with a/c and ceiling fans., one with a Queen Bed, the other with 2 Twins, both with 2 Windows that provides you with all the light , aromas and fresh air of the island. .

A full equipade kitchen , with blender, microwave , toaster ,freezer, coffeemaker ,etc ..

A confortable living room with a/c and a play room upstairs with a twin bed and possibility of a 6th guest with an airbed ..

You can enjoy your breakfast in the deck and enjoy the Happy Hours with your neighbors in the Blue Parrot Restaurant/ bar inside de condo. Or take a hammock to the private dock and enjoy the sunset . beach chairs and towels provided also.

Only 100mts walking by the beach is Blue Island Divers , with SSI Courses Fishing Charters , kayacks ,etc....

We will pick you up at the airport, or pier, provide you with a local chip (or a cell phone if yours is not Unlocked ) with our personal number and recomended transportation -taxi,van, wáter taxi,- and food deliveries in it, to help you in your needs.

Washer and dryer in the house also , Cable TV and books and Table games .

You will find tea and Hondurenian Coffe , to enjoy in your first breakfast , and purified drinking water....

For your convinience you will find also a basket with Natural Aloe Vera Products to buy as Shampoo and Conditioner, 30 SPF Sunscreen spray and lotion, Pure Aloe Vera Gelly. aloe First Spray ( 4 first aid skin problems) Aloe lips , Mosturizing Lotion, etc. Just try them, and if you are not 100% satisfied, you don't pay nothing ( Forever Living products).

Smoking allowed in open areas, no inside the cabin. Quiet hours are from 10Pm to 8 Am .No parties in the Cabin, you have the dock to enjoy....
Please keep the sand out of the house by removing your shoes at the door to avoid sand and sandflies. You will pay in cash the use of electricity.We check the meter at arrival and before leaving .

Great place to stay VERY reasonable price!! close enough to the beach and town, excellent SNORKELING, very quiet and you will probably have to pool all to yourself most of the time as it is never busy… More

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send LILIANA (the owner) a message.

If LILIANA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
