The Sun Castle, as we lovingly call our vacation house, is a beautiful single-family 3 bedroom / 2 bath luxury vacation house with magnificent views overlooking the greens and lakes of The Dunes, an 18-hole championship golf course and tennis club. The house has a large private heated pool, secluded sun deck surrounded by tropical gardens, 65 inch Sony TV (3-D) and a great location. The house is an oasis of beauty and serenity just a 10-minute bike ride from Sanibel's best beaches, shops and restaurants.

The house is beautifully furnished and professionally decorated in island style.

It offers every imaginable amenity to the traveler.

The centerpiece of the house is a large private back yard that features a heated pool surrounded by a totally secluded sun deck and beautifully-landscaped tropical gardens. There is a hot / cold water adjacent to the pool deck.

Guests will enjoy a Bar B Q grill on the pool deck. In the evenings, light up a bonfire on the pool-side wood-burning firepit or sit in the lower porch's sitting area around a propane-burning firepit.

Enjoy the sounds of silence and the sights of nature! The Dunes golf course is sanctioned as a wildlife habitat by the Audubon Society. Guests will enjoy the sights and sounds of a wide variety of birds and other wildlife right in your back yard. Birds come to bathe and drink from the large fountain in the back yard. The fountain's falling waters provide a soothing background to the pool and patio areas.

The Dunes is a pristine, quiet and beautiful neighborhood located near entrance to island. Its proximity to causeway, the beaches, restaurants and shops allows guests to avoid island traffic. The house is located on Sand Castle Road - a beautiful 3-mile "loop" around the golf course with a 20 mph speed limit - ideal for walking, jogging, bicycling or roller-blading.

STATE OF THE ART TV - 65 inch Sony 4K - 3D - ULTRA HD LED TV. SONOS surround sound. Samsung 4K 3-D Blue Ray player. Enjoy a selection of just-released 3-D and 4-K movies. 3-D glasses provided.

Note: House is located in "quiet nature zone". No loud sounds or music are permitted in pool deck or other outdoor areas. We ask our guests to respect our neighbors. Strict limit of eight guests.

PROFESSIONAL HOUSE CLEANING - Prior to your arrival, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and serviced by professional cleaners who will place a certificate of service at the door stating that the house has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected. It is our way of assuring our guests that they will always find a clean property that meets their highest standards.

WE PROVIDE BEACH CHAIRS, UMBRELLA AND COOLER. Side entrance to yard allows guests to shower in back yard and remove sand before entering house.

How do damage deposits work?
