Magnifico chalet de lujo en Sanlúcar de Barrameda, construido sobre una parcela de 1500 metros. Dispone de 300 m2 en dos plantas, consta de seis dormitorios, (cuatro de ellos dobles) todos ellos con salida a amplias terrazas, cuatro baños completos, salón comedor con chimenea, más otro salón amplio de unos 60 m2 con acceso a un bonito porche muy luminoso. Cocina equipada con magníficos muebles de caoba.

Parcela completamente adaptada al ocio infantil y juvenil, piscina exterior de agua salada, porche de material y porche trasero de madera.

Vestuario y zona de baño cubierta. Aseo exterior.

Amplia minidisco totalmente equipada para ocio infantil y juvenil dentro de la finca, junto a la casa. Amplias zonas ajardinadas con árboles frutales con la mejor fruta que puede disfrutar. Ubicado a unos 5 minutos en coche del centro, o diez minutos andando, su situación es inmejorable, en una calle particular muy tranquila, sin tráfico ni ruidos, y a un paso de la arteria principal de Sanlúcar, el V Centenario.

Casa orientada al sol, aprovechando cada hora solar en cada rincón de la casa. En una vivienda de este tipo para apreciar sus buenas calidades de construcción (toda la carpintería es de caoba) como su amplitud y luz es mejor visitarla, disfrutarla y verá cómo repite.Por su gran espacio, por su ubicación en una tranquila calle cerca del centro, cerca de comercios, playa, zona de ocio, pero sin ruido ni vecinos molestos. Con una gran arboleda alrededor y una valla alta que le dará la más estricta intimidad. Alarma, magníficos muebles de caoba, dos salones, sala de estar, dos porches, multitud de espacios donde disfrutar en pareja o en familia, gran garaje para cinco turismos, que puede usar libremente y sin cargo.

A 1000 metros de la playa. Puede ir en coche o usando las bicicletas de la casa (seis a su disposición sin cargo).

En dos años que llevamos alquilando nuestra villa este ha sido nuestro alquiler más complicado. Señora malhumorada, con múltiples llamadas de mala forma. Entraron todos los inquilinos a mediodía menos ella, que no entró hasta la noche y se quejó de que la cocina estaba sucia, ¡después de varias horas de ocupación de ocho personas!. Nos manifestó que una columna de hidromasaje estaba estropeada, llamamos al fontanero, que nos cobró por acudir de urgencia, y era que la señora no abrió el grifo adecuado. El lavavajillas se estropeó con el anterior inquilino el sábado, estaba en garantía y pretendía que el lunes "le compráramos uno nuevo" ¡estando en garantía el anterior! Le daba igual la garantía. El servicio técnico en la playa en julio vienen cuando pueden no cuando uno quiere. Nuestra cocina tiene exactamente 21 m2 sobre el plano, 6 x 3,5, no es enorme pero tampoco es ridícula (ignoro cuánto mide la cocina de su casa). No eran restos de comida: nosotros no tiramos botellas de aceite, vinagre o ketchup cuando están abiertos, sino que intentamos aprovecharlos (también geles y champús). Si el siguiente cliente no los quiere usar, que no lo haga. Tenía a su disposición también productos sin abrir, por si lo prefería, pero tiró todo lo abierto, incluidos utensilios de baño y cocina que no le gustaron ¡sin preguntar!, como si fuera su casa, en lugar de dejarlos apartados en algún sitio. Como me solicitó vino de calidad, y como atención especial, le compré una remesa de Rioja Reserva especial del 2009 (nosotros ponemos Crianza normalmente), que desapareció en su práctica totalidad. En su estancia estrenó tres sistemas de música de alta fidelidad diferentes y el sistema domótico inteligente (echamos en falta que esos detalles no los mencione en su comentario). Esa semana fue auténticamente para olvidar... No le aperturamos una reclamación contra la fianza por evitar problemas y ahora nos encontramos el primer voto negativo en nuestra contra. Y solo fue la señora, el resto de inquilinos que la acompañaban fueron educados y magníficos, con un trato exquisito. Lástima que puntuara ella. En fin, es lo que tiene estar abierto al público... hay de todo en la viña del Señor.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pedro Javier (the owner) a message.

If Pedro Javier (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
