Beautiful townhouse in urbanization with community swimming pool. It is located in a mirador Park with beautiful views to the sea and the National Park of Doñana. The House is very broad. It has 4-bedrooms. 3 doubles and the marriage that is very large and has also a balcony and a terrace. 3 full bathrooms. One in the master bedroom. Dining room and kitchen with exit to the rear patio and large front and rear yards giving the mirador Park. Located about 100-150 meters away from the pool house so there is no noise.

The accommodation is ideal for families or two families and groups, it is very comfortable and espasiosa 120.-m2 + 2-yards.

The estate is located in a quiet area, but close to the beach and from the town centre, 10 minutes walk, metres away from the beautiful convent of Capuchins. Also close to supermarkets, bars, and shopping mall. So you don't have to go downtown to enjoy a cup of Chamomile and the good gastronomy in sanlucar.

The city of Sanlúcar de Barrameda is seated on the left bank of the estuary of the Guadalquivir River, opposite the Doñana National Park, is located 44 km from the capital of the province, Cadiz, and 126 km from the regional capital, Seville.

They are very interesting, given its great artistic value, the Church of Santa María de la O (14th century), with beautiful Mudéjar cover and beautiful coffered ceiling; the ruins of the Church of la Merced, in the Baroque style of the 17TH; the Palace of the counts of fog, which keeps the file of the Ducal House, which is enclosed half history of Spain; the so-called huts of the Cuesta de Belen (15th century), unique work of filigree in stone under the Ducal gardens and the Palace of the Infantes of Orleans, surrounded by romantic gardens.

A tour of Sanlúcar gives opportunity to discover beautiful mansions, landscaped courtyards, picturesque corners and religious monuments.

La Algaida is one of the sanluqueños heritages, and comes to be the continuation of the Coto de Doñana on the other side of the Guadalquivir River. It is a fixation of coastal dunes, winter habitat for migratory birds. The natural forest is composed of Oaks, olive trees, brooms and oleanders. The fauna is the Chameleon.

Today Sanlúcar is known above all for its gastronomy, mainly by Chamomile and prawns; by his music, including flamenco and by tourism, above all by the racing of horses on the beach, declared of international tourist interest. Less known but of great importance to historians is the archive of the House of Medina-Sidonia, located in the Palace of the same name

    Estoy deacuerdo en que la casa necesita una mano de pintura , de hecho tenia previsto pintarla antes de la temporada de verano , lo que ocurrio es que la alquile desde Mayo a Agosto y no dio tiempo de pintarla , las personas que la alquilaron esta larga temporada , la vieron en persona antes de instalarse y no pusieron objecion ninguna , de todas maneras esto estará solucionado para la temporada que viene , tambien comentarte que por el tema de la pintura esta temporada he rebajado los precios , por ejempro a ustedes os ha salido la vivienda 150.- € mas barata y estando un dia mas , que a la familia que alquilo la vivienda de mi madre . ( mismas caracteristicas , vivienda contigua ) . Lo que no estoy deacuerdo es en el tema de la limpieza , las chicas que realizaron la limpieza y la entrega de las llaves son de total confianza y nunca han hecho ninguna queja al respecto , de hecho me comentaste que tenia algo de polvo , 3.- dias despues de la entrega , sin embargo cuando te realizaron la entrega , no comentasteis nada ni a ellas , ni a mi personalmente . Tampoco estoy deacuerdo con que digais que la piscina esta a dos manzanas , la piscina esta a unos 150 - 200.- metros , por lo que es una verdadera exageracion , ademas esto para la mayoria es una ventaja pues no tienen que soportar ruidos molesto a diferencia del resto de viviendas de la urbanizacion , de hecho las viviendas mas grandes y caras son las que estan en el parque mirador . Tambien es una exageracion lo del tema del olor de la depuradora , pues tiene que soplar bastante viento para que llegue olor y solamente cuando esta en funcionamiento. Saludos.
