It is rented by fortnights (or more time) floor in one of the best areas of Sanlúcar de Barrameda (Espiritu Santo), 50 meters from the beach and 5 minutes from downtown. Completely furnished and with garage. Pool and tennis court in the urbanization. If you want to enjoy the tranquility a few days and have breakfast while watching the sea in the sun of dawn at an unbeatable price, this is the best option. The price varies according to the time of year. The apartment is perfectly located. It is located at the beginning of the road of La Jara, a very quiet and good level. The beach and the Doñana National Park can be seen from the terrace, making it ideal for breakfast or lunch while watching the sea. The beach is about 50 meters from the apartment. The center can be reached in 15 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by car. It is perfectly furnished with all the comforts. Television, ceiling fan, washing machine, bed linen and towels, microwave, oven, etc. We have recently painted the kitchen and installed a new range hood and refrigerator. We have also renovated the new bathroom and shower. It has a room with two beds and a sofa bed with two other single beds. It is rented with underground parking space. The urbanization has tennis court and pool and has 3 bars, a video store, pharmacy, tobacconist and supermarket. The magic of the natural environment, impregnated with the aroma of pine and salt, while you listen to the melody of the waves and relax with your eyes, make the location an indescribable place where time stands still. Sanlúcar de Barrameda is famous for its good food and wines as well as for an unparalleled climate and atmosphere. Why can't I call Manuel (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Manuel (the owner) a message.

If Manuel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
