From the owner

Welcome to villa Berta , a charming three bedroom house of character located in the village of Sannat. On the ground floor you will find one double bedroom with shower en suite, wide hall, soild timber kitchen, separate dining room, and a separate living room and spare toilet. At the back of the house is a south facing swimming pool (14x 26feet) and a barbque area, with enough space for outside dining and sunbathing. An internal stone staircase leads to the first floor. The first floor comprises of two bedrooms, both with single beds, one with shower en suite and the other with bath en suite. All bedrooms are with ceiling fans. There are two nicely sized balconies on the first floor, one at the front, with lovely views, and one at the back. There is also a private drive-way.

The Island of Gozo region

Gozo Is a place to escape to at any time of the year. The people are welcoming and friendly,the countryside both dramatic and picturesque and if you want to get away from it all you can. It has all the essential ingredients that makes it an ideal holiday destination. Even if you are there for a short visit, it is easy to see why Gozo has become known as undiscovered paradise. Green hills and fertile valleys separte one village from the other. Wherever you look the sea is always within the reach of the eye.Choose from rocky inlets to red sand beaches or sail,snorkel,dive and fish. Gozo has some of the Mediterranean's best dive sites.

Not to mention a nightlife and cultural calendar and seaside restaurants that serves you fish caught only hours before and the Italian influence of pizza and pasta or try the local specialities for a great dining out.

The Sannat area

The charm of the island makes itself apparent as soon as you arrive. Sannat lies to the south of the island of Gozo, Sannat is a tranquil village, walking distance to the capital Victoria which is 2Km away. There are some good restaurants and bars. Sannat is great for walking and bike riding.

Why can't I call Sam (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sam (the owner) a message.

If Sam (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
