From the owner

My home has been completely renovated and has modern amenities. It's on the ground floor and next to an open free private parking as well as one block away from 24 hour city center bus service and a few minutes away from two metro lines L2 and L10. If you are a beach goer, the nice thing is that it is not far the more beautiful northern beaches which are cleaner and less crowded. There is a big Lido grocery store center a block away. The second bedroom can sleep three, it has bunk bed that sleeps two on the bottom and a bed for one on the top. The first bedroom has two single beds that you can put together if you wish. Then you have the sofa bed in the living room which sleeps two. There is a large dining table and extra chairs. Each room has separate heating and cooling function. There is Barcelona tourist tax of 4.00 euros per person up to 7 nights and a 55 euro cleaning fee that are payed when you get the keys.

All guests will be checked in and out in person. If after 22.00 there is a 10 euro charge and if before 8.00 also. The check in involves collection of taxes and cleaning fee and introduction to the house and surroundings. The check out involves checking for damages or loss and the return of the key or keys. It is important that all remote controls be left on the table, for the TV and the ceiling fan. Loss or damage to the remotes will require immediate replacement for the benefit of the next guests.

How do damage deposits work?
