Villa Falena is a bright and cheerful apartment that covers the entire ground floor of a villa situated on a promontory facing the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Falena you will enjoy a charming view over Sorrento and of the sea. Villa Falena is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a private patio, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the stop for the SITA bus at 300 meters (990 feet) and the closest beach (Marina del Cantone beach) at 5.5 km (roughly 3.4 miles). You will reach Villa Falena from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

For a succesful stay at Villa Falena we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.

Villa Falena is located in a panoramic and quiet position in a small built-up area away from the busy center.

At Villa Falena you will have at your disposal the whole garden and the entire ground floor, while the top floor of the villa is occupied by another family.

Patio

The patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant awning. It is equipped with two sofas and with tables, chairs, two sun umbrellas and a deck chair. From the patio you will enjoy an enchanting view of the garden and of the greenery.

Garden

The garden is 450 square meters (4850 square feet) large. It is equipped with two sun loungers and an external shower. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view over Sorrento and of the sea.

Living Room

The furnishings of the living room are modern and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. There is a nice fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through three double-glazed French doors. The room also has a double-glazed large window.

Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

Bedroom 2

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door.

Bedroom 3

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room through a corridor. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the garden.

Bathroom

The bathroom is tiled with lucid blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the through a corridor.

Parking

The parking area is shared with guests staying at another nearby villa, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
