Villa Fillide C is a cozy studio apartment surrounded by a lemon and orange garden. It sleeps two people. From Villa Fillide C you will enjoy an enchanting view of the garden and, partially, of the sea at a distance. Villa Fillide C is 30 square meters (320 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private terrace, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Sant'Agnello di Sorrento, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the stop for the EAV bus Sorrento Marina Piccola (porto) - Sorrento stazione - Sant'Agnello line a few meters (feet) away.

Villa Fillide C is located on the top floor of an annex. You will reach it from the parking area along an external stairway which consists of approximately 20 steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Fillide C. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a reserved covered parking space, in a fenced yard. As guests of the villa you'll fully enjoy the pleasure of a stay into a charming two-floors country house surrounded by a lovely large orange and lemon garden. At a distance of 2 km from Sorrento, the pacefulness and relax of this fabulous country area is just priceless!

The complex is composed by 6 apartments located into 3 separate houses and can host up to 25 people. Apartments A and B are located on the first floor of a villa; Apartments C and D located into a dependence not far from the garden and Apartments E and F, located into a nearby independent house.

The landlords live on the bottom floor of the villa and will be available for you whenever you need, with discreetness.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long, from 1.30 meter (4.3 feet) to 1.7 meters (5.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the garden. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

Terrace

The terrace is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the greenery. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex.

Garden

The garden is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed citrus trees. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.

Laundry room

You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.  Terrace

The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and two deck chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the surrounding countryside and, partially, of the sea at a distance.

Living Room

The ceiling of the living room is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate three guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a double-glazed French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
