My house is located in an urban environment but also a bit 'country. The style that I wanted to give the interior reflects both souls. A simple, non-pretentious, but with all the amenities: from 27cm mattress on the free minibar, the TV 40 "to the modern Apple TV System Generation IV, ending a dedicated room to fitness. Mine is an old century building in the heart of a village that still retains its rural soul, but a short walk from the center. but what makes my little Bed & Breakfast more pleasing to my guests is the quality of reception, courtesy of service i offer and the comfort that my guests can enjoy. in fact, they may have access in addition to the lobby, where you will always find a few snacks or of my garden seasonal fruit, even the gym (fitness area) that is available to them 24 / 24h. guests will find me at home in the morning till 9.30 but after that, up to 13.30, I will always be available by phone. I will also be at home from 13.30 up to 17.00 and again from 21.00 on. If you do not will be engaged in the dozens of tours that you can do in the peninsula and in the various neighboring sites (Capri, Pompeii, Naples, Amalfi, Positano, etc.), guests can make nice walks in the neighborhood, offering a quiet slice of life and industrious.

Why can't I call Assunta (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Assunta (the owner) a message.

If Assunta (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
