“Can Casellas” is an exclusive 18th. century village house in Sant Antoni de Calonge.

Ideally located in the heart of Costa Brava, is the perfect place to stay while you are visiting the area for leisure or business. In our house you will enjoy of an exclusive accommodation as a perfect getaway for your next holidays.

The property has been carefully restored with charm, preserving as far as possible its original constructional features and preserving the architectural wooden beams, vaulted ceilings and centennial stone walls that gives warmth and authenticity to the house. The property has been refurbished without sacrificing comfort in order to offer the visitor a pleasant stay.

Distribution:

* Ground floor: the main entrance gives way to the living room opened on a nice dining room (for 10 pax) located under the original roof with Catalan vault.

From the entrance of the house, a long vaulted corridor leads the visitor to a beautiful well-equipped kitchen that includes an office and a guest bathroom.

From there we could go outside to the garden, the pool and the porch or reach the main dining / living room which preserve many original features of the centennial property. This living room has a large log fireplace and spectacular French doors with great views on the garden.

* 1st. floor: upstairs, there is a large landing that leads to 3 double rooms. In the front of the house, one of the rooms has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes, the other room is a suite with a double old wooden Catalan restored bed. This suite has a built-in wardrobe and a modern bathroom tastefully decorated combining elegant blue and white tiles in the bath area equipped with Rainshower system. A second bathroom equipped with the same system combines the freshness of white colour with the striking grain of wood. The property bathrooms have been renovated in 2019.

The master bedroom of 40 square meters faces the garden. This charming suite room has a King size bed, 2 separate dressing rooms and a large ensuite bathroom equipped with a closed shower cubicle, a traditional bathtub and a double sink integrated into a large wooden cabinet. This room has French doors with access to a large terrace overlooking the garden and the pool.

From the terrace there is access to a laundry room with washing machine, this room is also reachable from the garden by an external staircase. Following the terrace, you can enjoy our covered porch and a private games room containing a pool table.

Guests also have at their disposal several party games, cards, dominoes, chess, etc., as well as maps of the area and information on excursions, restaurants and places of interest in and around the village.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If M. Neus (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
