Cosy first line apartment on the rocky beach of Sant Elm, with unbeatable seaviews. Up to 4 persons will enjoy ultimate relaxing during your stay on the island.

The 1st-floor apartment makes you feel above the sea, thanks to the incredible views over the shore. The terrace invites for long, Mediterranean breakfasts and after-dinner chats with family and friends. Enjoy the unique sunsets and relax on the loungers in the sea breeze.

Inside, a cozy living- and dining room with kitchenette awaits you, with a sofa, a dining table and satellite TV. The kitchenette counts with an electric oven and stove top, as well as all necessary utensils to prepare a wonderful meal. There are two bedrooms with wardrobe (one with a double bed and one with two individual beds) and a bath room with a shower. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board available. On request, we can prepare a baby cot, a high chair, a fan and an electric heater.

Sant Elm is an enchanting little village, situated in front of the Islet Es Pantaleu and the island Sa Dragonera, which maintains the charm of the former fisherman's village. The sandy beaches of Cala Conills and Cala En Basset are a nature's attractions. The coast invites to long walks with stunning sea views. In summer season, you might want to take a boat trip to the island Sa Dragonera, to explore its' protected nature landscape.

The village of Andratx offers a bigger supermarket, a gas station and several restaurants offering typical local dishes. The luxurious Port d'Andratx is a great place to promenade or have a coffee while shopping. In Calvià you will find a golf course and Palma offers all kinds of cultural and leisure activities.

A truly fantastic view and a lovely little apartment

We only stayed a week but could well have stayed forever. Loverly view and apartment. The village is not too busy but offers some great restaurants. A beautiful place to relax.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
