Comfortable self catering villa near Ibiza town. The property is set in a massive fully fenced area of 3000sqm and it is completely private.

It is located only within 5 minutes drive to Ibiza town, in the neibourhood of Sa Carroca, and it will take you only a 5 minutes drive to Playa den Bossa.

The property has 2 levels.

On the first floor there is a living and dining room, equiped kitchen, toilet and smaller chillout room. On the first floor there are a total of 5 bedrooms. One bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 2 bedrooms with a single bed, for a total of 8 guests. There is a family bathroom and a shared bathroom between one double room and the 2 single rooms.

Outside there is a large swimming pool of 4x10 metres with a shalow area, a deep area and different chill-out areas.

“Amazing villa in a great location”

This villa is ideally located. 2 minutes drive from the nearest supermarket, bars and restaurants and 5 minutes drive from the airport, Ibiza Town and Playa D'en Bossa. We arrived late and Thomas greeted us on arrival. The check in is very professional with a hand held unit for scanning passports and taking signatures from the adult guests. You can pay by credit card on arrival following advanced payment of the deposit which suited us great. Thomas placed some water, a bottle of wine and some beers in the fridge which was a nice touch given our late arrival time. The facilities were perfect - the whole property is air conditioned, very spacious and sleeps 8 people. The outside area was lovely too incorporating a pool (with small diving board), two eating areas, lots of sunbeds and fixed parasols. The fridge outside also helped so you didn't need to go back into the house to get food/drinks. On the whole we had a great time and the place is much nicer than the pictures do it justice for. The last thing I would say is the property is very secure in a lovely neighbourhood so felt 100% safe at all times especially with us having kids. We will most certainly be returning to this property.
