A modern, tastefully decorated and well designed 500 m2, 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom with spectacular views, privately perched on a hill in one of the most sought after areas of the island.

A very well distributed house, where the gentle breeze sways through the rooms, all with views on the Mediterranean and which all lead onto a terrace.A fully equipped kitchen leads out to the terrace for outside dining and a BBQ.

Adjoining the kitchen is dining /large living room and a TV room all with views and surrounded by an outside terrace that gives onto the 19m x 3 m pool. There is air conditioning, heating, alarm, Wi-Fi and SatTv.

The top floor has a double bedroom with a bathroom en suite as well as an outside bathroom shower tub on a sun deck with extraordinary views.

From the main floor with the entrance kitchen dining living and TV room you descend to the lower floor with 4 bedrooms.There is a large master suite with a large dressing room, bath tub and double shower as well as a terrace.

A 3rd double bedroom with a bathroom en suite. The 4 th there is a double bedroom and a twin bed room that share a bathroom also which open on to a terrace.

By the pool is a charming wooden cabana with a bathroom, mini bar and air conditioning.

The plot is gated and has private parking.

The house is in a very quiet area with few neighbours yet very accessible from the road

Cleaning 3 /week, 4 hours per day is included (Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
