LOCATION: It is located 3 km from the city of Barcelona in Sant Just Desvern (08060), Barcelona. It is a small village, residential, quiet, beautiful and of high social level. The apartment is in the center, in a pedestrian street, without vehicular traffic, in the old town, overlooking a beautiful public park. The supermarkets, the municipal market, the bakery, banks and other shops are just 100 meters away.

DESCRIPTION: 50m2 apartment fully furnished up 4 persons. It has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has one double bed and one single bed and the other bedroom has one single bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. The apartment is very quiet and very light. It is a second floor without elevator.

AMENITIES: TV, CD, refrigerator, washer, iron and ironing board, oven, Micro-wave, toaster, juice squeezer, coffee and tea pots and all necessary equipment for cooking. Towels, blankets and bed linens are provided.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT: It is well connected to the center of Barcelona. There is a tram and several buses that make the following routes: one leaves you next to Plaza Catalunya and La Rambla, another only makes the journey to take you to the metro in less than 10 minutes and there is also a night. Metro (line 3, “Zona Universitaria” station), tram (“Rambla de Sant Just" station), Bus (63, 157, JT, JM, N12), A-2 motorway.

LOCALIZACIÓN: Está situado a 3 km de la ciudad de Barcelona en Sant Just Desvern (08060), Barcelona. Es una población pequeña, residencial, tranquila, bonita y de nivel social alto. El apartamento está en el centro del pueblo, en una calle peatonal, sin tránsito de vehículos, en el casco antiguo, con vistas a un bonito parque público. Los supermercados, el mercado municipal, la panadería, bancos y otro tipo de tiendas están a solo 100 metros.

DESCRIPCIÓN: El apartamento mide 50m y pueden dormir 4 personas. Está completamente amueblado y listo para entrar a vivir. Tiene 2 habitaciones, una tiene una cama de matrimonio y una cama individual y la otra habitación tiene una cama individual. La cocina está equipada con todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar. Es un apartamento tranquilo, sin ruidos y con mucha luz. Está en una segunda planta sin ascensor.

EQUIPAMIENTO: Dispone de TV, CD, nevera, lavadora, plancha, horno, microondas, tostadora, exprimidor, batidora, cafetera, paellas, ollas y todo el equipamiento necesario para cocinar. Hay ropa de cama, mantas y toallas.

TRANSPORTE PÚBLICO: Está bien comunicado con el centro de Barcelona. Hay el tranvía y varios autobuses que hacen los siguientes recorridos: uno le deja al lado de la plaza Cataluña y La Rambla, otro solo hace el trayecto de llevarle hasta la parada de metro en menos de 10 minutos y también hay uno nocturno. Metro (L3, parada Zona Universitaria), tranvía (parada “Rambla de St. Just”), Autobuses (63, 157, JT, JM, N12), autopista A-2.

How do damage deposits work?
