The 2 villas / holiday home consist of a total of n. 5 apartments are located in the Abruzzo region, about 1 km. from Sant'Omero, a hilly area 240 meters above sea level with spectacular views of the Italian Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga and the Monti Gemelli, in the quiet countryside but within easy walking distance to the village with restaurants, bars, supermarkets, tobacconists, newsagents, 10 minutes from the sea and a large water park, less than half an hour drive from the Monti Gemelli and just minutes from the vibrant city of San Benedetto del Tronto, Ascoli Piceno and Pescara or important cities d ' art and culture of Abruzzo is that marchigiane.Nelle vicinity of the Holiday House abound in adventure and fun, leisure, shopping, fitness, wellness, sports and various activities such as fishing, hiking, biking or horseback riding, interesting places from the point of cultural, architectural, historical and spiritual. Sant'Omero is close to the Marche so you will have the opportunity to visit in one holiday not one but two Italian regions that host on its territory seaside and mountains, ancient villages in the hills and stately popular coastal resort towns; choosing our House will have the opportunity to enjoy the magical atmosphere and to fully enjoy a delicious relaxation, the beautiful landscape that you will present to your eyes, the clean air, the colors of the garden and the countryside will make you feel in paradise! You will have the opportunity, if you are a large group, even renting at the same time more than one apartment or the entire villa.Una beautiful saltwater pool with Jacuzzi (prohibited for children) and rooftop solarium and fully equipped brighten your day ; if you want to take shelter from the sun or enjoy a drink we have a beautiful gazebo with curtains and areas with large umbrellas with sofas and armchairs; for your children and for you adults there are mountain bike, ping-pong table and Table Football; a beautiful garden with palm trees, fruit trees and flowers and a large olive grove of 200 trees surrounding the property (all guests will taste our organic olive oil). Numerous summer and autumn events, festivals, white nights, summer theater, visits to wineries, watch the harvest and winemaking, visit to farms with specialty tasting. The apartment you are looking at has a wonderful view of the pool, garden and the Gran Sasso and Monti Gemelli, is fully equipped with everything you need, it has a romantic furnishings, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and large living room with sofa bed, private terrace outside, the hotel also rents bicycles 3, day 10 € each bicycle. We can provide bed linen and towels at a cost in place of € 15 per person; air conditioning and heating, if required, will be paid on site upon arrival, the air conditioning has a cost of € 7 per day, the heating € 7 per day. On request the owner can arrange any transport to and from airport or guided tours with experienced tour guide.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send ANTELLI (the owner) a message.

    If ANTELLI (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
