Apartment in a luxury villa with beautiful landscape, surrounded by greenery and quiet, can accommodate up to 7 people including 4 in double beds, 2 in sofa bed and 1 single bed, it is equipped with a stereo system in all rooms. The villa is located 10 Km. From the sea and 25 Km. From the mountains and biking trails, we are surrounded by old churches, ancient villages and fortresses, archaeological excavations, springs, waterfalls, streams, high mountain lakes, interesting tourist routes to go even bicycle; it is a strategic place from which you can reach both the sea and the mountains. The apartment is on the second floor, is fully furnished with taste and passion, there are two bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi and one with shower, 2 bedrooms, room with wardrobe, living room / kitchen with a toaster, Minipiner oven microwave, kettle, washing machine, Iron on request, wifi, satellite TV. The villa has a large garden with palm trees and flowers of 1000 sqm., Courtyard paved with large gazebo with various games (table football and table tennis), swimming pool of 13 x 6 equipped with umbrellas, sun beds, sofas Outdoor, small tables, chairs and shower, jacuzzi for 5 persons (prohibited to minors), wooden gazebo equipped with tents also with barbecue and small kitchen. Some services are paid as described separately. In the villa also the owners live and may be other guests in the other villa located in the same property. The pool and hot tub are shared with guests at the villa. In our apartments, comfortable as well as enjoy unparalleled views, you can swim in the saltwater pool, heated by a solar system, from 1 April to 31 October! You get to Sant'Omero from the A / 14 and exit at Val Vibrata (11 km.) Or exit Mosciano Sant'Angelo (10 km) from the airport of Pescara, Rome, Ancona or Pulman with different carriers. The property is situated on a hill about 250 meters, has a beautiful view of the Gran Sasso, Maiella and Twin Mountains; 50 meters from the house you can also see the sea; in front of the villa and the pool there is a large olive grove with 200 olive trees from which the owner obtains an excellent extra virgin olive oil. The hotel also rents bikes 3, day 10 € each bicycle. We can provide bed linen and towels to be paid locally € 15 per person; air conditioning and heating, if required, will be paid on site upon arrival, the air conditioning has a cost of € 7 per day, the heating € 7 per day. On request the owner can arrange any transport to and from airport or guided tours with experienced tour guide. FOR HOLIDAYS FROM SEPTEMBER TO MARCH FOR FREE TO VISIT WITH WINE TASTING! In high season, for the safety of children present, parking is allowed only outside of the villas, in a quiet area intended only for parking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If ANTELLI (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
