Experience an unforgettable vacation in a recently-built house with majestic views over the Med and south to Barcelona in a high-end residential area close to cosmopolitan Barcelona,.

This stunning property enjoying a splendid location over the Med with a design infinity pool surrounded by a wooden terrace from which you can enjoy splendid, unforgettable views over the sea. Relax on our design sunbeds and cherish every moment away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The property is situated 800 mts away from the beach and within walking distance to all services. It features a 2-floor modern-plan house with entry-level car park, surrounded by lushful gardens with lawns, palm and fruit trees. Enjoy fantastic views over the coast to Barcelona and even beyond. From the other end of the property you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the Montnegre mountain range. In the front part of the plot, as you access the property through the remote-operated gates, there is an ample terrace with some loungers, a barbecue, a pergola and a big garden. At the bottom of the plot, there is a children's designated area (with a trampoline and swings). On the ground floor, the house has two bedrooms, a design bathroom, a state of the art open-plan kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-range appliances, a utility room and a contemporary living with a smart TV and a dining room that opens out to a cozy porch with comfortable lounge and dining sets.

On the first floor there is a suite with a nicely furbished bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea. There also is an en-suite double bedroom and a large double bedroom with a bay window looking out to the sea and coast south to Barcelona.

The property has got air conditioning, electric shutters, a sophisticated alarm system, ceiling-mounted speakers, etc.

The property is located in a safe, quiet cul-de-sac, with an international neighborhood.

Sant Pol de Mar is a quiet coastal town, about 40 kms north of Barcelona. Its unexploited waterfront and its narrow streets lined with white-washed houses along with its singular location at the foot of the Montnegre mountain range, which can be distinctly seen from the front of our property make of this tiny village the ideal place for a family holiday.

How do damage deposits work?

If Jordi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
