“Le Bouganville”, located on a hill, just above the old town, in the heart of Costa Maresme, is only 3 km from the stunning beaches below and 35 km from Barcelona. It offers gorgeous views of the town, the Natural Park and the sea. It comprises of a big kitchen with a dinette, a wide living room with fireplace and a bathroom on the ground floor, a twin suite with bathroom and a double room on the first floor plus a single bedroom and a panoramic terrace on the top floor.

Small-sized animals are not allowed.

The house is only a few hundred meters from the golf course, 3 km from Caldes d'Estrac and its spa with thermal water and close to great walks and mountain bike trails!

La casa offre bellissimi scorci sul paesino, la pineta e il mare, e dispone di una grande cucina con una zona pranzo (da cui si accede a un patio esterno), un ampio soggiorno dotato di tutti i comfort (televisione, caminetto, zona pranzo) e un bagno al piano terra, di una suite matrimoniale con bagno e una camera doppia al primo piano e di un ulteriore camera singola all'ultimo piano, dove si trova anche una zona lavanderia e una terrazza panoramica.

Al piano terra gli ospiti potranno usufruire di un'ampia zona relax all'esterno, adiacente al giardino.

La casa si trova a solo poche centinaia di metri dal campo di golf, 3 km da Caldes d'Estrac e le sue spa con acque termali,e vicino a bellissimi sentieri per trekking e mountainbike!

Why can't I call LAURA (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send LAURA (the owner) a message.

If LAURA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
