A newly furnished luxury family villa. Air conditioned, sleeps up to 8 people along with a private swimming pool. Sitting at the top of a small hill, the house has amazing views stretching to the hills and the sea. A view which is equally impressive at night with all the town lights and stars above across into the sea. The house is located no more than 15 minutes by car of some of the best beaches, golf courses, local markets, shopping centres and the old main town of Loule. The main road N125 and the A22 motorway, stretching the whole of the Algarve, are also both within 10 minutes’ drive of the villa.

The heated/cooled pool make any time a good time for a dip. The back gardens of the property are maintained throughout the year with tropical plants, flowers and mature canopy trees, allowing for shady areas during the midday sun – a perfect place to relax in one of the hammocks.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Why this property? We recently purchased the villa and fell in love with its character and charm. Sitting at the top of a small hill, the house has amazing views stretching to the hills and the sea. A view which is equally impressive at night with all the town lights and stars above, across into the sea.

The location was always a big factor for us as we wanted a place with a view. We chose central Algarve because of the easy access to all different areas, restaurants and beaches. Santa Barbara de Nexe area offered us all this without being in the middle of traffic.

The house is located no more than 15 minutes by car of some of the best beaches, golf courses, local markets, shopping centres and the old main town of Loule. The main road N125 and the A22 motorway, stretching the whole of the Algarve, are also both within 10 minutes’ drive of the villa.

We also love that Casa da Fonte is a detached and contemporary villa with architecture that blends in with that of the traditional houses of the Algarve.

How do damage deposits work?
