Villa Valentina is a spacious holiday home, located amongst the hills between Almancil and Sta. Barbara de Nexe. Ideal for families who want to relax away from the crowded tourist centers, just a short drive away from all amenities, this is the perfect spot for a family getaway in the Portuguese sun.

The villa has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and sleeps 12+1 people. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a large terrace with wonderful views. The lower level houses a twin bedroom and a bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 single beds (sleeps 4) and an en-suite bathroom, as well as a separate bathroom.

On the ground floor of the property there is 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (the beds can be made into a double bed). The ground floor also has an additional bathroom and a fully fitted kitchen with a hob, oven, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes and utensils and a washing machine.

A new games room with a snooker table provides the perfect space for friendly family matches, next to the cosy living room with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is provided, as well as air conditioning (cooling and heating) in all bedrooms.

Three spacious terraces with outdoor lounging and dining areas spill out into the tranquil garden with a large and inviting swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra). There are plenty of sun loungers to relax in the sun, a grassy area for playing and a ping-pong table for matches in between dips in the pool. A BBQ allows for outdoor meals to be cooked and enjoyed al fresco.

Villa Valentina is located just a 5-minute drive away from Almancil, the Mar Shopping center (with a vast selection of shops, restaurants and a supermarket) and the Laranjal Golf course. The nearest restaurant “Alagoas” is only 1.5km away (20-minute walk or 3-minute drive) and the beautiful Algarve coast and beaches are about a 20-minute drive away.

Car hire is recommended for this property, which we can help you to book on request.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season).

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
