Rent apartment recently renovated with Designer furnishings and parquet flooring consists of open plan kitchen with dishwasher and induction cooktops, openable sofa bed from 126 cm a double bedroom with bathroom with shower, mosquito nets with breathtaking views. The apartment is located in Santa Caterina dello Ionio province of Catanzaro in the historical village which is about 10 minutes from the sea. Pristine uncrowded beaches even in mid-August, Sea Pines, fresh fish from local fishermen every day, genuine products, possibility of excursions to historic villages, fishing, rafting, canyoning, horse riding and trekking. A ranking on the 25 best beaches for children is the result of a research of the University Bicocca in Milan who has consulted pediatricians throughout Italy 115. the beaches are 5 in the Calabrian coasts: Bovalino, Bova Marina, Cariati, Mirto Crosia-Pietropaola and Santa Caterina dello Ionio.

Regulation for the lease of the apartment a. General conditions 1) the lease is strictly personal. It is forbidden to sub-let or transfer to third parties in any form. The number of beds should be strictly respected paid. Any non-compliance will lead to the payment of a penalty, equal to 30% of the agreed rent.

7) the property is rented furnished with cooking utensils and blankets; will your care equip yourself with bed linen (sheets, pillow case, fitted sheet under above ...), bathroom (towels, bathrobes etc) and kitchen (tablecloths, tea towels etc) otherwise we can provide us with payment of service, which you should apply at least 15 days prior to arrival.

8) give the parties acknowledge that this report of tenancy is excluded from the discipline of law No. 329/78 26, lit. a-e, as amended, both as regards the duration, both as regards the fee and other correlative rules, as it is expressly and exclusively aimed at satisfying housing needs of the lessee purely transient, with exclusion of use for study and work purposes; Therefore, the contract will expire at the end inserted in the contract nature. The tenant, under penalty of cancellation of the contract, declares that the apartment will be used exclusively at home for holidays and not for reasons of study or work, since He, in another Town, in another building where actually resides and is domiciled.
