WELCOME Our splendid and modern penthouse sits in the very hearth of Florence next to Santa Croce square: ideal location for touring the city or to attend events such as weddings and fairs.It's one of the biggest Holidaylettings apartments in Florence city center ( 300 square meters / 3250square feet) and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.

LIVE AND AND ENJOY FLORENCE! Our big penthouse is the ideal base to visit world famous museums, do shopping in the prestigious middle age city center of Florence, attends weddings and recreational event in the city and also doing business during important international fashion, food and cultural fairs.

DESCRIPTION The apartment can accommodate up to 10 people. It has - 4 bedrooms with king size beds. - 1 bedroom with a single bed and - 1 couch bed (single ) in one of the living rooms. The Penthouse is located on the 4rt floor of an ancient building from 14th century. It has no elevator, but wide stairs with handrail are comfortable to climb up. The apartment has a spacious living room, decorated with antique pieces of furniture, includes two comfortable couches positioned in front of a 42” LCD TV and a dining table for 10 people. The separate eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and complete with dishwasher and microwave oven. On the same floor is located a bright and spacious double bedroom with double bed, a study with a period desk, a bathroom with shower and another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room. A staircase leads to the upper floor, including double bedroom, furnished with two single beds. Another staircase leads to the third level, comprising the third bathroom, a walk-through room with a single bed and a double bedroom. The corridor on the lower floor leads to a furnished external patio -foyer as well.

How do damage deposits work?

If Michele (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
