My accommodation is comfortable for a family, friends or anyone one want comfort, has a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, laundry has wifi, tv cable, air conditioning available has a large patio with local plants. My accommodation is located in the neighborhood of El Eden, an easy hotel sector in Puerto Ayora, to move to the station Charles Darwin, Bahia Pelikano, Malecon and all the sights, is surrounded by all the basic services such as Bancomatico, restaurants, market, travel agencies, shops, the place is quiet.

My house is in a very quiet, safe neighborhood, close to all services, 4 minutes walk from Pelikano Bay, where the fisherman's wharf is where the seafood market is, you can observe the sale of fish or buy Fresh fish to prepare at home, you can observe many seabirds and sea lions, the Charles Darwin scientific station is 10 minutes walk, the boardwalk is about 7 minutes walk, the food court is 7 minutes away Foot where you can choose the type of food you want.

La casa es acogedora, bien ubicada y sobretodo cubre las necesidades de cualquier persona, me quedé alli con mi mamá y mis sobrinos y estuvimos super comodos allí

para empezar los datos no eran claros estuvimos como 20 minutos dando vueltas con el taxi.Cuando por fin lo encontramos tuvimos. que esperar 15 minutos hasta que vino la señora..No le gusto que… More

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Libia (the owner) a message.

If Libia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
