EL ALOJAMIENTO.

Disfruta de las ventajas de hospedarte en la misma capital de la isla sin los agobios de tráfico y ruidos, rodeado de naturaleza y maravillosas vistas! Despertarás con el canto de los pájaros y te dormirás escuchando el mar....

Bonito chalet de 126 m2 con terraza, plaza de parking gratuita en la propiedad y jardín privado vallado con frutales a la disposición completa de los huéspedes.

Dispone de dos amplias y luminosas habitaciones, y una habitación-vestidor en suite principal. Todas ellas exteriores y con amplias ventanas que les otorgan una maravillosa iluminación diurnas.

Cómodo salón-comedor adornado con dos arcos de medio punto donde poder disfrutar de encantadoras veladas (Televisión LED de 42'', DVD y películas, libros...).

Hall de entrada con maravilloso ventanal con vistas a la bahía de Santa Cruz de la Palma desde que se puede ver de noche las luces de las vecinas islas de Tenerife y La Gomera, y de día el impresionante Teide.

La casa está completamente amueblada y decorada personalmente en estilo colonial. Ubicada en una zona de suave temperatura por lo que no es necesario en épocas de verano, el uso de aire acondicionado.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de calidad marca BALAY ( lavavajillas, vitrocerámica, horno, microondas, nevera, cafetera normal y de cápsulas, tostadora, hervidor eléctrico, tetera, exprimidor de naranjas eléctrico, menaje...). Dispone de mesa y taburetes altos junto a la ventana de la misma, para disfrutar de un maravilloso desayuno, comida o cena mirando el mar.

Conexión a internet (WIFI) con datos ilimitados y alta velocidad.

Entrega de llaves sin contacto.

Ropa de cama, baño y cocina incluido en el precio.

Ambiente tranquilo de día y de noche aún estando dentro de la capital para disfrutar de unos días de descanso y desconexión.

EL BARRIO

La casa esta situada en una zona residencial tranquila y de descanso nocturno asegurado que está a 5 minutos escasos en coche del casco histórico, y a 10 min si decide dar un paseo a pie hasta el centro neurálgico de la capital de la isla.

A 10 minutos en coche de supermercados, farmacias, bancos, zona de tiendas y de ocio, playas...

Al lado de la casa se puede coger un servicio de autobús que para en el centro de la ciudad, cerca del puerto (a 5 minutos andado está la playa más cercana).

La zona dispone de reparto de pan a domicilio si se informa al horno encargado de dicho servicio.

Santa Cruz de La Palma, es la capital. Es es una pequeña gran ciudad con todos los servicios y que brinda una total seguridad al viajero que la recorre de día y de noche.

NORMAS DELA CASA:

NO se permite FUMAR en el interior de la casa.

NO se permiten fiestas ni mascotas.

NO grupos de jóvenes.

Alquiler a personas serias y responsables MAYORES 30 años, preferiblemente familias y parejas.

MUY IMPORTANTE: La LIMPIEZA FINAL NO incluye la retirada de bolsas de basura dejados en el interior o en el exterior de la casa, así como el vaciado de cubos destinados a contener residuos, ni la limpieza de vajilla. Ello conllevará un gasto a descontar de la fianza por valor de 50€ o cobro en efectivo en la entrega de llaves.

NO ARROJAR NINGUN TIPO DE CELULOSA AL WC. Hay un cubo para tal efecto. La casa dispone de un sistema ecológico de gestión de residuos que podría atascarse si no se cumple lo explicado y provocar un embozo.

En fechas de CARNAVALES, se alquilará la casa PREFERENTEMENTE a familias y parejas. Los grupos se admitirán o no, previa consulta durante el proceso de reserva.

Why can't I call Mon (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mon (the owner) a message.

If Mon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
