Sleeps up to 11, but can request extra fold up beds if 11 people. 4 bedroom impressive villa with private large jacuzzi,completely modernised and refurbished, beautiful large garden, Air-conditioning in all bedrooms room and internet access. Secluded with wonderful barbecue area for outdoor alfresco dining. 100 metres from the Santa Eulalia Beach and 200 metres from the restaurants, bares and shops as well as 15 minutes from top golf courses.

Breakage deposit is 700 euros if Families and 150 euros each if single parties and or under 27 years, this is refunded 24 to 48 hrs after check out.

This villa has a large out door Jacuzzi.

Check in time is from 4.00pm to 8.00 pm and checkout time is at 10.00am

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Susana (the owner) a message.

    If Susana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
