This small private complex ideally situated on a quiet road close to Praia da Oura in Albufeira. The award winning blue flag beach at Santa Eulalia and golden sandy beach of Praia da Oura are both just a short walk away, and offer water sports such as water skiing, pedal boats and restaurants and bars. Also within easy walking distance is 'The Strip', where there is a fabulous choice of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. The location is ideal for anyone looking for great night-life without being in the middle of the action.

The complex set over three floors offers a large outdoor pool (18m x 7m) and a separate children's pool, all surrounded by a terrace and grass area to relax in. The complex is fully enclosed with automatic gates.

This two bedroom and two bathroom apartment is located on the first floor. It is well equipped and tastefully decorated. The apartment has Wi-Fi and is air conditioned throughout.

Living accommodation

The Lounge / dining area is comfortably furnished with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed (that could sleep one child )(an airbed can be provided for another child, allowing the occupancy to increase to six in total)). There is a flat screen TV with a selection of English speaking cable channels and a DVD player with a selection of DVD´s. Double patio doors lead out to a lovely balcony with a table and chairs to sit and enjoy the lovely pool and garden view.

The kitchen is well equipped and has a seating area. There is an electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Patio doors lead out to a shared balcony with bedroom two furnished with a small table and chairs overlooking the gardens at the front of the property.

Sleeping accommodation

The master bedroom is a double with fitted wardrobes and patio doors to a step on balcony with views over the pool and garden. The en suite bathroom has a bath with overhead shower.

Bedroom two is a twin with fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading out to the balcony it shares with the kitchen overlooking the gardens at the front of the property. Bedroom two has use of the adjacent shower room located in the entrance hall, with newly fitted walk in shower.

Please note:

- We have three other apartments in this complex as well, ideal for larger parties and extended families wanting to be near each other yet with their own space.

- There are no lifts in this complex.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
