The location of the nice villa couldn't be better, set within a quiet residential area and just a 10 minutes stroll into the centre of St Eularia with its restaurants, shops, supermarkets... and of course the nice and luxurious harbour. The villa is perfect for anyone who wants to stay in a stylish villa in such a convenient location. The perfect Ibiza holiday spot with family or friends.

Santa Eulalia is Ibiza second large town with many shops, a good morning food market, the famous street of restaurants and the yacht harbour.

Beautiful outside area; a nice garden, which is immaculately maintained together with a big pool. The pool has a solar heating system.

The Villa has a spacious dinning/living room with access to the garden and an L form sofa, one arm chair, satelitte television with DVD player and a radio/CD player (inside and outside speakers ). Very well equipped kitchen recently renovated, it is fitted with all accessories. There are 4 double bedrooms ( all with air conditioning ), 2 bathrooms, 1 guest wc . There is on the second floor a small livining area with sofa bed and a big terrace with lovely views to Puig de Misa and the sea.

The villa has alarm, WIFI and air conditioning in all 4 bedrooms ( it can be rented during the winter as well).

1 bathroom has been completely redone.

The four double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom has airconditiong and access to a private terrace . The other 3 bedrooms are double, one has a big double bed and the other 2 have 2 single beds each. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and big wardrobes.Full linen change including bath and hand towels is provided weekly. Pool towels are provided as well.

The villa has a nice garden with a wide lawn around the pool, various covered and opened terraces, nice porchada used like outside dining area, BBQ, nice exterior wooden furnitures, 15 x 5 swimming pool.

    How do damage deposits work?
