From the owner

Can Rosa is located in the centre of the island, just 4 minutes drive from the bustling village of Santa Gertrudis, 20 minutes from Ibiza town with its UNESCO world heritage site Dalt Vila, and 10 from the nearest beach, with sparkling turquoise coves and dining on the beach.

Can Rosa was originally built more than 150 years ago and was fully renovated recently keeping the traditional style.

The villa is surrounded by a forest with amazing country views dotted with old wind mills and beautiful agricultural fields. It is ideal for biking and walking, there are beautiful roads where you can see the unspoilt lush interiors of the island.

The finca has a charming setup and the rooms are uniquely different from each other, filled with character and personality. The common spaces and most of the rooms have AC. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a direct exit to the outdoor covered dining area with BBQ-area and chill out facilities designed for big groups and families. There is a swimming pool, trampoline for kids and pingpong table all surrounded by fruit orchards and the joyful chirping of birds in spring and fall, and the deep sound of crickets in summer.

Can Rosa encourages meditation and yoga practice. Our property has plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for practicing any type of spiritual discipline or exercise routines.

Private parking inside the property (gated). The wifi covers the common areas and the rooms.

Why can't I call Lucrecia (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lucrecia (the owner) a message.

If Lucrecia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
