Ennio, Laura and their two daughters is honored to welcome you in their House: a familiar, comfortable and relaxing.

The HOUSE the House has a wooden structure built in compliance with green building and energy conservation conscious, using renewable energy sources.

Accommodation is twin, appaiabili. The room is spacious and can comfortably accommodate a cot.

It has a discreet entrance and ground floor, and a large window to the North, toward the mountains. The bathroom next to the room, has a comfortable shower and is left for the exclusive use of guests.

Outside, the large garden offers the opportunity to relax outdoors.

If you have bicycles you can ricoverarle in our garage, which can also be used for motorcycles.

BREAKFAST breakfast are offered varied and plentiful, with local and organic produce (on request also for vegans and Celiacs).

The area is where WE are at the gates of the Dolomiti Bellunesi National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Approximately 300 m upstream lies the Centro di Spiritualità Papa Luciani;

less than 1 Km northwards passing the Via Claudia Augusta, which is an excellent and easy panoramic route on the Val Belluna, for bike lovers.

In particular, the building is located in a rural area to the North of s. Giustina, but still convenient to major transportation routes: train (railway station of s. Giustina in 10 min walk), SS 50 (bus stop at 300 m) and services market, pizzerias, restaurants, all reachable on foot or by bike.

Activities and performs Geologist Ennio is geo-tourism activities, providing guests with information on various geological and thematic itineraries for different requirements, even for children, both in the pre-Alps, both in the Dolomites.

Geo-tourism routes are made on foot or mountain bike, for example: visit the villages of Bivai and Colvago (place DO 2012); discovering water along the t. Veses; ring of Val Canzoi; the water works in the Val del Mis; Mountain churches, and many others.

Directions for mountain-running routes, ski-mountaineering, hiking and mountain biking or driving routes as the visit to paleontological and mineralogical museum Agordo or visit the old mining sites of Imperina Valley, Vallalta, Colle s. Lucia, Auronzo, Salafossa.

For lovers of outdoor relaxation, just a few kilometres you will find convenient access to the banks of the Piave and the f. t. Cordevole to spend summer resting hours on ' River ' beach.

How do damage deposits work?

If Ennio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
